OK, the rewatch threads have been started! I know the calendar looks kind of nuts, but two episodes per week (for those of us rewatching both seasons) seems to be a pretty good pace for a group rewatch. We can adjust as we go if it's not working.

For Seasons 2-3, we did two-parter episodes in the same week, but I just stuck with one per week because getting ahead in one show or the other seemed like it would be confusing.

I've updated the calendars for the S4/S1 rewatch with a two-week break since everyone's busy at the moment! Hopefully that will allow for catching up if desired (no pressure!).

Hi, all! I'm going to be traveling this week coming up, and I don't think I'll be able to watch the next episodes until I get back. My plan is to just double up for the following week. (I don't want to push the whole calendar back, since I'd like to get through these seasons by the end of August.)

So I'll do the question posts for Where the Wild Things Are, New Moon Rising, Five by Five and Sanctuary on Aug. 7.

I'm new to this forum but have been enjoying rewatch for the last one year. But for the last couple of months, I was out of the country and couldn't watch. Now, back to home and a lot of catch up to do.

OK, this was slightly too ambitious! But the other two will be up this week! I'm a little overcommitted at the moment.

Sorry, I know I'm behind again! I will have the questions for the remaining three episodes (Blind Date, Restless, To Shanshu in LA) up this week.

The goal right now is to start the Season 5/Season 2 rewatch in mid-September (more on that soon!), so hopefully everyone will have the time they need to finish up. We're so close to the finish line!

OK, time for an update!

Right now, I'm thinking about kicking off a rewatch of Season 5/Season 2 during the week of Sept. 24.

I want Dee to have some time to catch up (if she wants), and just to have a little break from rewatching to get some more writing time in, considering the IWRY marathon is not far away now! (Sign up if you haven't yet! We need you!)

I was thinking of starting the week of Sept. 17, but Season 12 #4 comes out on Sept. 19, and I think everyone's going to be preoccupied with that. (Well, at least those of us rewatching.) There's a good chance we're going to need time to cry and recover. Hahahaha. Sob.

I also think I'm going to start the threads over on Buffy-Boards this time. I absolutely love what we have going on here, but we haven't attracted any new interest in a while, and I think we could get some new perspectives. (And I would imagine even our silent readers here will be less interested in the later seasons, given the relative lack of B/A focus.)

Let me know if you have any comments, questions or concerns!

Youse guysI cant do this. I am so very sorry. I made a mistake.

I cant emotionallyI couldnt even take the montage and the first scene/nightmare with that angel in half light and half dark; or seeing those wonderous, loving faces, and, after all this time, I cant write short, even to talk about the changing cross relationshipsI am not a shrink. To me, this is a work of art and not some sentimental journey on my young and older selves. This story has been the most important for my life, my learning and my hope; so I will leave it at that and thank you for bearing up under all the steps of my stumbling journey and now doing the hardest thing ever:

Good-bye

First of all, I wish you the best of luck on your journey. You are a breave and kind-hearted man. Really.
